Please welcome ERNANDO & FRANCISCO. This is the first of the coffees we secured from last year's Finca Churrapampa Competition. Run by our friend Thomas Pingen and Finca Churrapampa this competition allows Peruvian producers to enter their best coffees into an online auction. The best roasteries around the world are able to cup the full offering beforehand and bid on their favourite coffees online. The auction enables producers to both connect with new markets around the world and also get the highest possible price for their high quality coffee.
For this traditionally processed lot fresh cherry was washed, sorted, pulped and fermented, then washed again and dried under parabolic dryers for 20-22 days. ERNANDO & FRANCISCO's coffee is very clean with a deep sweetness that fills the cup and our hearts. This tastes of Pineapple, Raspberry & Sugarcane.
