ORETI Estate is proudly family-owned and operated in the Thika Plateau of Kenya. The estate has been around since the 1950's and  grows French Mission, SL28, SL34, K7, Ruiru 11 and Batian varieties. The estate has a rich and long history. The estate was named after Rowena's (founder Allen Charles Harries daughter in law) home town beach, Oreti. A Maori name meaning a place of danger and raw beauty.

Everything on this farm is done with a forward thinking intention. Avery specialised approach, including tree selection, planting spacing, what fertilizer and pesticides to use. The permanent staff of 40 is multigenerational, many having worked and lived alongside up to three generations of the Harries family. The homes Boyce and his family provide for workers have clean water and electricity standard, as well as numerous extra facilities such as a social hall, nursery school, and a homework room. The employees form a self-elected committee which meets monthly to raise and discuss social, welfare, safety, and health matters.

This lot tastes of Mango, Orange Blossom and Panella. It will make delicious espresso as well as filter, a true all rounder
