This coffee comes from more than 350 small producers growing heirloom varieties at high elevation. Cherries are hand-picked, sorted, washed the traditional way, and dried slow and steady on raised African beds.
The result? Bright, clean, classic Yirgacheffe — sweet florals, plenty of sparkle, a real pretty cup.
