This is an interesting coffee, fully washed, pinnacle Colombian acidity, bright and crisp. It’s a great all rounder, enjoyable, splendid, amiable, whatever you want to call it, you’ll struggle to find anything you won’t like about it.
A cup balanced by the likes of crisp pink lady with floral notes, earthy cacao nib, with a gentle mouth feel. A pleasant drinking experience.
