Returns Policy
At Wood and Co Coffee Roasters, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products to your door. Please read our returns policy carefully:
Fresh Products (Coffee)
- Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrectly ordered coffee once items have been shipped.
- If your coffee has not been shipped, please email us at orders@woodandcocoffee.com.au as soon as possible to request amendments.
- If your coffee arrives faulty or damaged, we’re happy to provide a replacement or refund. Please email us with photographic proof of the issue at orders@woodandcocoffee.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
Brewing Equipment and Merchandise
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind items is at the customer’s expense.
- For faulty or damaged items, we’ll provide a replacement or refund. Please email us at orders@woodandcocoffee.com.au with photographic proof of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.
Shipping for Returns
We recommend using Registered Post or a trackable shipping service for returns. Lost, stolen, or damaged return items will be the responsibility of the customer.
Consumer Guarantees
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for faulty or damaged products.
