Ethiopia Banko Gotiti – Natural
Grown high in the Gedeb region of Yirgacheffe, this lot comes from smallholder farmers delivering ripe cherry to the Banko Gotiti washing station. The area is known for its wild heirloom varieties and super-clean naturals, and this one absolutely sings.
Processing is classic Ethiopia natural: hand-picked ripe cherry, floated and sorted, then dried on raised beds for around 20–25 days with constant turning and careful shade covering. The result is a bright, fruit-forward cup that still keeps that Yirgacheffe clarity.
