From the hills of Pitalito, Huila comes this absolute ripper from Blanca Rubys and her crew. It’s a washed Bourbon Rosado that’s super clean and sweet, with big red fruit vibes and silky honey notes.

We’re tasting raspberry, red plum, and honeycomb — lush, punchy, and just the right kind of wild.

Blanca and her husband Victor Felix have been at it since the late ’80s, and now it’s a full family affair. Everyone's involved — from picking and fermenting to drying and packing — and they’re making some seriously tasty coffee. They even placed in the Cup of Excellence in 2022.

This one’s a total standout. Filter is where it shines, but it holds up beautifully as espresso too.
